Over the past month a huge pile of garbage/yard clippings collected on the corner of 4th Ave. & 35th St. in North Oak Park. Although the trash has been picked out of the pile (I assume by the merchants' association), this yard clippings are still there. It would be most appreciated if the city would have it removed.

Ok. The trash pile has just got much bigger. The contractor, Quality Landscaping, hired by Sacramento Housing to do landscape/yard care/cleanup of the public housing complex on the SW corner of 35th St. & 4th Ave just loaded all the detritus they had collected today onto a tarp & dragged it across the street to the NW corner of 35th & 4th Ave. & dumped it onto the now bigger pile that the city refuses to pick up. How do we solve this?
