This building is infested with cockroaches they are traveling next door, this is a late night hangout and also a daily spot for drug activity cars pulling in front of building with people making drug deals, also see females hanging around and getting picked up and dropped off constantly or just pulling in next door in the ctown parking lot doing sexual favors please fix this, children live here
