Description
Athe the intersection of RIverside and Pierce,the left arrow turn lane on both sides of Riverside, will not engage unless there is a car physically in place at the light. If there is not one there and you are approaching the turn lane, that cycle will be skipped and you have to sit through the whole sequence in order to get an arrow. This needs to be fixed! The sensor needs to be adjusted so that it looks further down the lane to see if anyone is approaching. As it is now is not acceptable.
