Thank you for using Gilbert 311. Items must be placed on street up against the curb away from any light pole, electric boxes, fire hydrants etc, to avoid being missed. Is there anyway to pull back the items until next Bulk Pick up? You may choose to self haul or to call to schedule a Bulk Special pick up which includes a fee to go back.

They are repaving our street and have signs with “no parking”…..assume that means bulk trash too. I just put my “green” bulk trash the same location always off the steeet for 20 years.

Thank you, yes if your street says its closed for repaving then, they will not allow our bulk teams in the area, until after the street is complete. Thank you for your help.

Why contact them? You didn’t pick up the bulk trash that was last week.
I live next door at 1549 e San Remo Ave. You did not pick up my “green” bulk trash.
