I doubt this structure has a permit and poses a serious safety issue. Needs to be removed!

Upon acceptance into the zoning enforcement process, the escalation includes a Notice of Violation with 15 days to correct followed by reinspection. If reinspection finds the violation continues, a civil penalty in the amount of $25 will be issued and another period of correction will be allowed. These penalties will continue to escalate until the violation is cured or the property is charged $500 per day.
