Thank you for report.
There is no limit to total number, just number per block. I agree there should be some additional regulation. Here are the current rules. https://www.coronaca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/798/636086888307300000
In August 2020- I asked for an updated sign ordinance and was out-voted 4-1 here is the discussion http://corona.granicus.com/player/clip/603?view_id=1&redirect=true
I have asked for additional code enforcement sweeps to make sure we are enforcing our current regulations
There is a local group you can complain to as well. https://members.tigar.org/contact

A few follow up questions Major Wes Speake!
on the link you send above: first bullet points says up to 6 month of registered paying fees to get license to put up signs like " Area Specialist" so the signs we talked about a year plus ago the realtor that you defended is by now way over 6 month so that realtor should NOT be able to get license from city to put up or keep putting up her "Area Specialist" as it is ONLY ALLOWED FOR INITIAL 6 MONTH Please get code enforcement to go by rules! after 6 month NO MORE SIGNS from same realtor! Again I could be wrong but does not seem like it .... as it is pretty straight forward 6 month for new business allowed to advertise nothing more after! She is been way over that! How is she getting approvals from city for this???
Second question and request if you would be so kind! Please send link for political signs ( Prior to election .... how many days prior they can start placing their names every corner??) please tell me it is 60 days prior to election maybe 90 days max!!!
As we now how in all corners on temescal and cajolco political signs....like really 7 to 8 month does not sound like within our city rules I sure hope NOT ALLOWED. Waiting for your replies before asking code enforcement to remove POLITICAL SIGNS!
Thank you again Major!

Signs on Private property do not have time limits.
There are no signs approved in the public Right of way outside of the weekends as described in the regs posted above. The only signs allowed for 6 month are on a business property advertising that specific business.
Political signs are covered by the same regulations and covered by the 1st amendment

Please see below section (b)...code for Temporary P.Signs. It is only fair that ALL follow rules!
Already placed all over dos lagos weirck and cajolco temescal cny cross streets signs should be removed as it is at least 4 month ahead of time. IF I READ it right ?! Code compliance inspectors could verify and remove if it is the case that they are way ahead....it says remove 10 days after election and only 90 days prior allowed.
