说明
Thank you so much for investigating yesterday. Upon going out on the road and taking a closer look the issue is actually a pothole (close to sewer cover hence why we thought that loose). The sink in the asphalt between the two lanes in front of 130 building. Out from the no parking sign. Vehicles pulling trailers in particular are prone to hit t and makes a disturbingly loud noise.

George-let me begin by apologizing for this Department's lack of action in this matter. I can't give you a good reason for the delay in addressing this, and for that I'm truly sorry.
*Update*
I misspoke when disusing City assets in this area. There are both potable and wastewater lines running beneath the road surface near this depression. There are also private lines tying the private drainage system of the Regency with the Municiple stormwater management system. We are currently working with our Peers in the Water Resources Department to determine the case of the surface deformity. Thank you for your continued patience.

Thank you for taking my call today, Ms. Vitek! As we discussed over the phone, our Pavement Manager, Joaquim Centeio (SPTO Pavement 1), to spearhead this repair and coordinate with the appropriate utility owner to repair their system before we repair the roadway. We will in the short-term patch the depression this week (and will monitor) until we can have the root cause addressed. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly at 727-270-2434 or Marshall.Hampton@stpete.org.
Please send down the cooler weather from Canada!
Marshall
