Description

I moved to this apartment on February 5,2009 at
2322 Bedford Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11226.That was a
ery cold and stormy period but desite several appeals to the landlord,Regent Associates,1309,79st
in Brooklyn,they arroantly refused to provide any heat to my apartment at all.Due to the extreme cold I
experienced at that time I was hospitalized at Kingsbrook Jewish Hospital for 4 days with
Pneumonia.I am getting the same response from the
landlord this winter and so far I've had about 5
asthma attacks. My Thermometer reading at this time
Jan. 8,2010- 10:10 pm is 43 degrees.I'll have to sleep
in the closet as I've been doing,not comfortable but
what else.Landlords are out of control and no it's
being treated with over-the-counter prescription by
the authorities.This is the same situation every winter as far as I can remember.It is cronic while the
officials and enforcers have warm toasy residence.
I have Arthritis,Astma,Herniated Discs,HBP and has
to live with this NO-HEAT situation with no resolve.
