have called several times last year, this year, neighbors have gone to his door to ask what is going on! grass in the back yard is as high as the fence and dear were born last winter in the back yard! in the city! please help us keep our neighborhood nice and make him clean it up! I called on july 10th talked to a mr allen I believe he said he was driving by that day and did do so cause we seen him but still nothing has been done. please help us in this matter this has gone on for years check your records and iam sure you will see how many times this has been documented thank-you for your help!
