This parking lot is disintegrating. The UPS and Fed Ex trucks are continually running over the broken ground and it is fragmenting more and more. This is the parking lot used for those appearing in the Municipal Court and those working in the Kingston Bldg. Who has responsibility to fix this? According to my documents, the city.
