Hello, these plates are covering part of the work needed to complete the Triton / Pilgrim subdivision and they are in the last phases of construction. The city is aware and we have talked to the project manager several times about accelerating this phase to address the plate issue. Delays are due to coordinative work required by several providers to complete this final phase which has yet to occur. The city remains focused on getting the builder to prioritize this last phase to completion. Our apologies for the delay.

Hello, the city has asked ATT to tighten down the bolts that keep the lid on that vault tight. They have a long term plan to replace the vault but are running into supply issues. Once they are resolved, there may be a short duration of construction and hopefully a final resolution.

Hello, after multiple discussions with AT&T the city has convinced them to replace this vault. The city has issued AT&T an encroachment permit to begin construction to replace the entire vault structure in an effort to eliminate any noise from that area. Once AT&T has crews and resources scheduled, they will replace the vault and the noise should be going away. We currently do not have an estimate of repair but will advise via social media outlets once we do.
