This is an area of Serious Environmental Concern, there are trees flagged, clearing is occurring.
I have sent 2 registered letters to the Gloucester Conservation Commission. They tried to reach me by Phone, to discuss this issue. This has been an ongoing problem.
I was flagged in 2005 for discharging water improperly how can they build or do any development now. I have no notification from the city or written response as to my question.

Unfortunately, this is not the platform for this type of inquiry. Public Works cannot assist you in this matter, I have assigned this to the Building Department - since they issue building permits.
