The traffic light at Butler Avenue and Skyline Drive in Chalfont often turns red for Butler Avenue, even when no traffic is coming from Skyline. It often remains red for a long stretch, causing a fairly significant backup that requires cars to sit through more than one light, at a spot that is not really that congested otherwise.
