Description
The light is operating fine. It was what I felt came closest to my issue. Just bought this house and spent first night there. The street oak (likely planted 10 yrs ago by developer) nearly blocks all lighting of our dark culdesac. We are way in the back with a flood area/WF easement on culdesac, so potentially scary night location - only 2 homes! -I had 811mark utilities in case the tree needs removal, but power goes directly under it, cable and fiber wrap around both sides. As leaves fill in, I expect 90% light blocking. Ideas?.

Thank you for your response. I want to be on sure that you understand the issue. It is one of the safety. The light is working fine.I don’t believe this problem has anything to do with electrical power. This is an easement and I think the property belongs to the town of Wake Forest. Because it’s blocking the security light to our cul-de-sac, does it not fall within your domain? I would think we could be discussing branch and limb removal or possibly the tree. Not the light itself.
I’m sorry you have already closed the request without waiting for my response. This is my first time using the app, so I’m not sure if you will see my response to a closed case. If not I will open a new one. Can you be more descriptive regarding the tree blocking the light to the street - help me understand whose responsibility this is.
