Description

The curbside sapling outside 6 Exeter park is dead. The city planted a sapling in the curbside plot at the end of last fall and it either arrived dead or died over the winter. There are no signs of growth whereas all surrounding trees have buds or leaves now.

This is the second time the city has planted a sapling in that spot which has not survived. It might be necessary to test the soil as well.
