I will say that while I was at the light the other day the side that includes turning into the Giant changed to a green left arrow stopping the East bound traffic but allowing the Westbound to continue.

I know I'm not the only one who is bothered by this! To be clear, this is the light in front of Giant and Wawa on West Chester Pike. I just saw someone decide to give up the stupid wait in the left turn lane go across two lanes to go into the Wawa and approach the light from that direction - and of course get into the Giant shopping center ahead of the left turning lane folks.
