Description

Southbound lanes of Washington Blvd, in lane number two there is a Mountain Bell manhole lid that is not on tightly. Our Storm Water crew went out. It is rocking back and forth and has rough metal edges. It needs to be taken care of. It is not an Ogden City sewer or water manhole lid. It is a UDOT road.
