This actually is an issue all the way down this easement. Parts of the easement that fall in neighboring backyards that aren’t maintained by the homeowners are overgrown and cause many issues. The county made many people spend time and money to clear clean and dig this easement and not others that fall into the same easement. This needs to be addressed all the way down.

Nothing has been done to resolve this issue. It's only getting worse.
