this street is closed to traffic by road crews working

It was closed last night when the people who picked up the glass/plastic picked up. No reason why the paper recycling people can't walk down the block to pick up. There are only five houses on the whole block.

no need to reopen for a comment.
the sidewalk could have been closed as well we don't know, so the men are not going to put themselves in harms way.
regional will recovery even if they have to come back tonight.

That's not what happened. If the people picking up the glass/plastic could walk to five houses to get the recycling, why couldn't t the paper picker-uppers? Please send someone to pick up the recyclables.
