This light while no longer timed accordingly is still active, this intersection is experiencing long back ups during times when no vehicle is turning right. This is getting to the point it affects the intersection at Jones dairy at times, and inordinate delays. Perhaps the light could be changed to a blinking yellow or just allowing the drivers turning right to yield.
