Description
The light is running through cycles too quickly. Within 30 seconds of turning green on S. Pasadena Ave. it starts counting down to cycle through. In 4 years, I have only hit that light, when I go to work at 4AM, probably twice. I hit it every morning now. In the afternoon it is backing traffic up across Central and causing many issues. Several of the lights on S. Pasadena are doing the same thing. Turning rapidly without cars at intersection at 4AM.
