Public Works - T Bailey assigned this issue to Engineering - L Minter

Developer has been informed and will address this issue in the coming days. Also, I informed him about the trip hazard that is beginning to form on the opposite end of the pool house near the stop sign. He will address this area as well.

Areas of repair have been marked throughout Phases 1 and 2 and are on schedule to be fixed within the next couple of weeks.
