Please help we loved and appreciated getting 3 city trees in our parkway but 2 have died. They look horrible

Hi, it’s been more than 10 days and have not heard anything about our dead trees in our parkway that the city gave us. Please help

An Arborist has been to the house and the trees are currently being worked on for removal and replacement.
