Thanks for contacting us us and for the information provided. We are just getting ready to update the signal timings in this area next week based on recent vehicle counts collected to try and balance out the time available in a 120 second cycle length (up from 110) as best as we are able without having a negative effect on the the thru phase coordination with adjacent signals along both corridors. However the minimum green time associated with this movement with the new timing is 5 seconds and can be increase up to a point based on vehicles present.. Let me know in a week if you have noticed a change we will take a look in the mean time....Mike S.
