Description

House was demo'd. Caller applied through side lot program for lot at 1411 Plain Ave. Caller was cutting grass at property. 2 loads of dirt, filled with large bricks was dumped onto the property 3 weeks ago. The pile of dirt now has grass growing up through it. Caller can no longer mow the grass.
