Description

West bound Calvin Jones Bypass (98) and Franklin Street-
Light needs to be adjusted so that traffic can keep moving if the vehicles turning right onto Calvin Jones from Franklin Street are able to do so without the west bound light on 98 turning red / there are no vehicles waiting on Franklin to turn right- no red light to cycle to allow traffic to continue moving.
