Description

There is a very large dead pine tree on Oakhurst Road within the city right of way. It is dropping branches on the street every time the wind blows. The whole tree will probably fall across the road in a bad storm. It was reported months ago by the owner and yet it has still not been taken down. This is a safety issue for the whole neighborhood.
