This issue has been wiped off is the Zoning Violations Dashboard. We are requesting that it be reopened and addressed.
What is this structure? Has a building permit been applied for? This isn’t a fence. It’s a pile of garbage down the property line that is destroying property values in this nice neighborhood.

After speaking to the owner of the parcel, it was determined that the development is associated with a fence / planter box combination. As there are no recorded easements or buffers on the parcel, there is no requirement for the owner to apply for a permit for the fence. The owner was notified that any additional work such as driveway expansions, etc. would require a development permit. The owner was also notified that the fence / planter box was encroaching upon public right of way and they committed to removing the structure from right of way.
