House has been vacant for over a year, maybe multiple years. It has weeds that are a fire hazard and standing water in the pool that will bring lots of mosquitoes. Please please find the homeowner and have them clean up their property.

Hi there! Thank you for submitting this request through SeeClickFix and for letting us know about this issue. In accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, our enforcement may lead to monetary fines. Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CE22-0680, and a courtesy notice with the information you provided has been mailed to the owner/tenant. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
By law, we are unable to share enforcement details regarding open investigations on public domains such as SeeClickFix. Therefore, your SeeClickFix request will be closed. However, rest assured, we will continue working with the responsible party until compliance is achieved.
