Description

Illegal dumping by residents at 1621 Christian street behind their back fence which is the sidewalk at 1621 WEBSTER Street. Residents on Webster and the developer building houses have reported this problem for over 8 months now and Philly 311 has not done anything. Residents have been seen dumping and were asked to cease and clean up the dumping but refuse to do either. The short term need is to clean up the existing dumping. Long term, what is badly needed is replacement of this stretch of sidewalk (the SW portion of Webster block between 16th and 17th street) and a No Dumping sign with fine penalty.
