Description
Constituent called and reported when contractor milled N. River Hills Drive, they cut a Comcast line. Pavement Pres has reviewed and I explained to constituent this would have to be reported to Comcast. He said he did, but the turnaround time is six weeks. The constituent is an elderly man with health issues and would like to know if we can expedite Comcast repair or at least a temporary fix so he can have access to phone, security, etc. Thank you.
