Description

Roosting pigeons under the canopy of Star Market is a health & safety issue! Pigeon excrement all over the sidewalk, walls and under canopy. Stench of ammonia is strong. Needles under the canopy to deter the pigeons have not worked. Pigeon nest also visible. Please request that Star Market fix this issue immediately and issue necessary citations for non-compliance.
