Illegal dumping of food waste occurred on Friday, May 13th. Security cameras captured video of the culprit. The area had just been professionally landscaped. This act seemed deliberate and purposeful. Why did this man walk down the block and place the food there when he could have put it in any garbage can? I would advise neighbors to keep their dogs and cats away from it.
