This tree is dead. It was planted last fall. No service watered this tree during this spring. The tree with leaves behind the dead tree was watered, the ground is still wet. That tree produced leaves. The dead tree was watered today by me after my outdoor water was turned on. Please plant a healthy new tree during the best season. Fall? Please remove the dead tree.
