Description

Some one in my area recently got a rooster. It makes it’s rooster calls all day long starting very early. As per the 2017 fowl regulations roosters are not allowed. I do not know where is it is coming from exactly but it is most likely Irvington st or Ken wood at. It is a very dense neighborhood and disturbing a lot of people.
