I made this request about the same area of Summit Ave 5 years ago (almost exactly to the day, 5/15/17), and it sparked a spirited debate here that included former Ward D Councilman Michael Yun (may he Rest In Peace). In the end, very little changed, though some flexible delineators were installed at the corners to help with driver vision of cross-traffic. There should 100% be 4-way STOP signs at every intersection of Summit Ave that does not have a traffic light. Hague St., Leonard St., Grace St., Irving St., North St., etc. They are incredibly dangerous intersections where countless accidents have occurred.
