I have seen people going tru there at higer than posted speeds but how can you tell their speed unless 1) you pace them, 2) you have speed trap set up (which i think is illegal) and/or 3) you are estimating speed. If you really want this issue fixed dont complain here it does nobody good, Contact West Goshen Township Police Department and if they do nothing abuot it go higher up in the township officals someone will feel the way you do and will have either officer presects stepped up there or something
