Hello there. There is debris (mostly wood) located on the front curb of this property. It has been there for quite some time. What can be done to clear this mess?

Also, there is a huge pothole on this street. When you turn right (coming down from Fernwood Street) as you enter Curry Road, the pothole comes up right away and it's in the middle of the road.
