Q. ADDITIONAL CART PURCHASE. For additional cart purchases select an option below or contact the Call Center at 433-1FAY (1329) or visit the Solid Waste Division at 455 Grove Street. Blue carts are for recycling only. The green carts are mostly used for household, and the brown carts are mostly used for yard waste. However, green and brown carts are both used for extra yard waste and household waste. Make sure the carts are cleaned before use to prevent cross-contamination.
