Description

These people have constant piles of chemicals, trash, old rotting vehicles and commercial vehicles/equipment here.
There is an on again, off again smell of chemicals and trash.
There have been animals that seem to be living there.
There is a common concern regarding all this and that there is enough standing water among the trash and chemicals to have concerns about mosquitoes having a large area to breed.
Direct , pleasant communication from several of us was either strongly rebuffed or yes'd to death with no action taken.
Help please!
