That's so sad--they're such beautiful trees, with such a nice, light-freckled shade. Two are slated to be felled near the new Lechmere station--because developers.

I looked again at the tree today - it could be that it's totally fine. Why? I see little branches formed at the bottom of it. Further - I noticed a similar tree on Woodbridge with a similar situation. Could it be that these trees need more time to bloom?
