Unfortunately it doesn’t fall under the health department otherwise Lisa would have had it taken care of last year. She’s just stuck with the mess they leave.

But….A code enforcement officer would have the authority to “clean this up” (no pun intended) and enforce any and all ordinances? Asking for a constituent. Thank You
