Frank and Beans (not the food) is spray painted on the Warren St side of the building at 1296 State Street. looks like they tried to paint sum sperm next to it....no smiley face so I am thinking the frank and beans are not happy. But at least they have a theme going last time (look at google map 9 Warren Place) they painted the F word. But with all that said I think folks getting on the highway having to look at this is not a good way to start the day and the kids well they probable giggle when seeing it but it must go. Please help.
