Description
Garbage and lots of broken glass near the corner. More garbage thrown over the CalTrans fence. Paint cans thrown out on the corner across the street to the west. This block under the 580 undercrossing is constantly blighted with hazardous materials. Can't the City and CalTrans come up with a solution so that the citizens (especially school kids) who walk this stretch have a semi-clean sidewalk where they aren't in danger of cutting themselves on nasty broken glass, shards of plastic or metal, or the occasional hypodermic needle?
