Description
This photo is from this evening, at least a couple of days after a rain. The drain is around the corner on Harris, and completely dry, whereas the low point is on Mayo Avenue where there is no drain at the corner. Water collects at the end of Mayo Avenue and turns treacherous to drivers and pedestrians when it turns to ice in the winter. In summer it is a mosquito breeding ground.
