Description

The tenants have thrown trash onto the sidewalk and street. SWEEPS has been contacted and did respond--see photo with envelope attached to door. Yet, none of the tenants have collected the trash and it continues to sit, now if front of the building. A trash bin is also left out on the side of the building on the 22nd street side along with an additional box of trash.
