Check to see who was notified by the report of this issue. If the jurisdiction is Contra Costa County, I suspect there will be no acknowledgement (even though they are part of the SCF service). You will probably get more attention for this matter if you call the Public Works Dept., Maintenance Div directly at (925) 373-7000. Go to there website at http://www.co.contra-costa.ca.us/445/Maintenance.
