Description
Storm drainage ditch is overgrown with trees, blackberry bushes, weeds and not draining properly. This provides a habit for snakes and other critters and is a health hazard. This drainage ditch is located by a bike trail leading up to the Majestic Heights subdivision. Your attention to cleaning out this drainage ditch would be appreciated. Thank you, Jo McClure

Scott Grummer, 9/19/2022, memo stated: previous staff had been in contact with the company who holds title to the drainage ditch. What happened to that information?
Hopefully, Public Works and City Officials can work out a solution for this problem.

I would appreciate any further discussion with the Public Works, City Council or City Attorney to see if there could be some way to have the drainage ditch cleaned out.
Since its a private drainage facility, it seems the owners are responsible for keeping the ditch clean.
The trees are growing and I'm very concerned if the trees should fall on my home. Dead tree limbs/leaves are covering the drainage opening.
Any additional help in resolving this matter would be appreciataed.
