Until 2490 Jeffersonville Rd is torn down, which I'm sure will be years, the yard needs to be cleaned by the city. You have men at the LEC who can do this just like they do roadside. This is too much of an eyesore and bringing property value down as it has been lingering for years.

This address is assigned to Officer Melvin Turner and it is currently on the Blight list for round #30. This is a process that can take some time to complete. The owner has the option of correcting the code violations or they will be taxed at a higher tax rate. Thanks

The Owner is deceased so he cannot correct the problem. What round of blight are you on right now. What is time frame for blight. Can city clean property until blighted? What would you personally do if in your neighborhood. 2490 Jeffersonville Rd and 844 Morningside Dr need yard cleaning really really bad and for years and years. You are doing nothing but keep telling us about blight. Make it a priority due to length of time we have addressed this.
