Dear resident - The three SCF's have been turned into one for inspection of all trees surrounding the property for removal and replacement or root trimming. Thank you for reporting.

this is Nibardo with community services. The dead magnolia tree has been scheduled for replacement.  Replacement may be delayed until the fall season. Thank you for contacting the city of Corona.

I’m also concerned about the two larger trees behind this dead magnolia . Are they scheduled for removal?, they are just going to continue growing roots that will continue to damage and lift the sidewalk , which means your crew will continue to come out to shave it down , which is going to continue to be an issue that is costing the city more money then saving the city money and time by just solving the problem and having both those trees removed. And problem solved . The city is not paying our water bill to maintain them nor the replacement of all the sprinkler damages it continues to do. Most of these trees in this neighborhood have been removed for the same reason. I see why not have these removed as well. I also would like to ask if the men sent out to do this can be more careful with our grass which cost us to maintain and we are not ok with them stepping on our newly seeded grass which was damaged when they came to shave down the sidewalk. And I will continue to bring this issue up till these trees are removed. Costs are not cheap to be replacing pipping to our sprinklers when these roots cause the damage . I have pictures of what these roots have already caused . And I will be sending them .

I like these trees causing all this trouble and costing more money to our pocket not the cities to please be removed, it’s better having them removed then shaving the sidewalks, the issue will continue to cost the city money from tax payers to repair instead of addressing the problem and just having these large trees removed as all these trees have been in this neighborhood , for the same reason . I see no reason why the city can’t just have them taken out . And avoid these issues again .
